Elder Scrolls Online – Play The Greymoor Prologue For Free

Are you excited about the new Elder Scrolls Online expansion? Greymoor is set for release this year. It will be a premium content update but the good news is that all existing players can check out the prologue for free. Even if you don't own any of the other expansions, you can still experience the events that set in motion this new Tamriel adventure.
All you need is a base game account to discover what goes on in the undergrounds of Skyrim, one of Tamriel's most beloved provinces. Players that are taking advantage of the free ESO days can take part in this adventure as well. Just make sure that you complete the quest before your free time runs out. Greymoor Prologue is available on all platforms. Here is what you need to do to take part in this stage of the Dark Heart of Skyrim.
Go to the crown store. You can find it in the game. Look for the item called Prologue Quest: The Coven Conspiracy. Even if you get this item from the store, you won't have to pay for it. The next part of the journey requires you to travel to the Fighter's Guild. Just pick the city from the alliance you are part of. You will find the Fighter's Guild headquarters in Vulkhel Guard, Daggerfall, and Davon's Watch. Look for Lyris Titanborn. She will task you with the first quest called The Coven Conspiracy.
The prologue includes two quests. Lyris accompanies you in this endeavor. The two of you will need to discover what goes on in Skyrim. Its leaders are in danger and you must find out who is behind this. You will get to meet Skald-King Jorrun as well. Blackreach is your destination. If you have played TES V: Skyrim, you are well familiar with this location. It's an underground cave that has many mysteries. You will descend into it and face the Icereach Coven.
However, don't get your hopes up as you won't be able to defeat it just yet. The prologue is only a tease for what's to come. You will need to wait for the next part of the adventure to be released. As a consolation, your effort will be rewarded with collectible items. You will acquire the Chain of the Ice Witch memento and the style page for the Windhelm Scale Tunic.
